Jessica Olsen L.M.T
Jessica's interest in massage therapy began during her dance studies in high school and college. Dance science and the mechanics of movement became increasingly important to her physical health as well as the health of her fellow dancers. Workshops in PNF, Feldenkreis, and Thai massage were the catalysts to pursuing her formal massage therapy training.
Jessica graduated with Honors from New Mexico State University and received a Bachelor's of Arts in Dance. She began her massage therapy education and training at the Cortiva Massage School in Colorado. In 2008, Jessica completed her massage certification with Honors at Boulder College of Massage Therapy. While at BCMT, Jessica was individually selected to work with football and soccer players at the Colorado University Sports Internship program. Jessica is a Licensed Massage Therapist of Georgia and a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist
Jessica's training with dance and massage has provided her with extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics, Bartenieff Fundamentals, and stretch and strengthening techniques using Thera-bands. She has worked as a massage therapist for numerous spas, chiropractic wellness centers, and has done freelance work providing massage therapy for dancers and athletes.
Jessica's massage expertise includes Deep Tissue, Post-event, Swedish, and Pre-natal massage. However, her true passions lie in Orthopedic and Integrative massage which emphasize physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. Jessica intuitively guides clients toward an elevated state of health and relaxation while providing a unique session for each client through visualizations and breathing exercises.
Jessica's other talents and passions include dancing, teaching dance, crafting, and nutrition. While in Colorado she had the opportunity to perform and teach underprivileged children for the Hannah Kahn Dance Company, Ascential Dance Theatre, and the Colorado Ballet. Currently, she enjoys taking dance classes in the Atlanta community.
Jessica is very excited to be a part of the team at Back to Basics, and looks forward to alleviating your pain, reducing stress, and helping you live a stronger and healthier life.
Christine Johnson L.M.T
Christine graduated from Atlanta School of Massage in 2014 with certificates in Swedish and Deep Tissue Therapies, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology, Seated Massage, and Spa. She has had a passion for massage since high school after witnessing the effects of massage
with sciatica. She specializes in sports massage and neuromuscular therapy and also works with the Atlanta Silverbacks.
Christine's massage therapy session is tailored to each individual's specific needs and often focuses on a client in the important way that they may neglect to focus on themselves on a day-to-day basis. She hopes to eventually become a personal trainer to broaden her scope of practice.
In her free time, Christine enjoys hiking and trips to the dog park with her dog Rocky. She also enjoys trying new DIY projects and cooking.
Greg Titus L.M.T
Greg is a graduate of Atlanta School of Massage with a license and certificates in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre and Post Event Sports Massage, and also seated Massage.
Greg initially became interested in Massage Therapy after receiving chiropractic and massage treatments for a pelvic misalignment. Years later, Greg would witness firsthand the power of Massage after an involvement in an automobile accident. Massage therapy treatments increased the speed of recovery time, increased range of motion, decreased pain and tissue scarring. Greg likes to incorporate stretching and myofascial release in his massages and is looking forward to further learning opportunities to better facilitate wellness for others.
Greg also enjoys playing music, reading, philosophy, and enjoying nature. to pursuing her formal massage therapy training.

Anne Cottrill L.M.T
Annie graduated from The North Carolina School of Natural Healing in 2005 with licensure and holds certifications in Neuromuscular therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofasical Release, Sports massage, Esalen Massage, and Prenatal.
Annie moved to Atlanta from Boulder, CO where she worked alongside Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and Naturopathic Physicians to treat chronic and acute pain. In her private practice she worked predominantly with the rock climbing community. She also worked alongside a Dula doing Pre and Postnatal massage.
Annie came into Chiropractic massage after being in a serious Motor Vehicle accident and experiencing firsthand the effectiveness of combined Chiropractic care and Neuromuscular therapy. She has since trained in specific Neuromuscular Therapy protocols for whiplash, TMJ, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and Frozen Shoulder. In addition to her passion for Bodywork, Annie is a lover of the great outdoors and spends as much time as she can hiking, biking, kayaking and camping with her best friend Lucy Dog. When she's not at work or on the trail, Annie loves growing, cooking and eating amazing food. She is excited about living itn Atlanta and exploring the food scene as well as all the great outdoor activities that Georgia offers!
